What counts as a brand?

A business or client with its own channels: one Instagram account, one Facebook page and so on. Each social account can belong to only one brand.

Is WhatsApp supported?

WhatsApp Business is on the way. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Outlook email and website chat work today.

Will the AI reply to customers by itself?

No. It suggests a draft that a person sends, edits or discards. An admin turns AI on for the workspace.

What happens at the AI allowance?

Each plan includes a monthly AI allowance. When it is used up, AI pauses until the next month. Everything else keeps working.

Can I reply from my phone?

Yes. Murebbe works in the mobile browser, can be added to your home screen and sends push notifications for new messages.
